Keeping your Porsche up and running at peak efficiency requires keeping up with proper maintenance. Check out these different maintenance options and schedule one depending on the model year of your Porsche.
2017 Porsche Models and Earlier
If you own a 2017 model year Porsche or older, the maintenance schedule will look a little different than if you owned a 2018 model or newer. The Porsche Scheduled Maintenance Plan enables owners to lock in the cost of maintenance. Plan options range from two years/20,000 miles to five years/50,000 miles.
Once you’ve selected the proper maintenance plan for your lifestyle, all you need to do is visit Coast to Coast Imports to have your vehicle professionally serviced at no additional cost. While maintenance intervals can vary among Porsche models, there are generally two types of service: major and minor.
Minor service includes routine maintenance, like oil changes, tire rotations, and brake fluid replacement. Major service includes all of the above as well as various other maintenance, like replacing the drive belt and spark plugs, and inspecting components.
2018 Porsche Models and Later
Much like older Porsche models, 2018 model year Porsche vehicles and newer receive the finest care possible at Coast to Coast Imports. All models feature a free year of scheduled maintenance. Owners then have the option of choosing a Porsche Scheduled Maintenance Plan. While there are four maintenance plans to choose from, they’re a little different than the plans available on older models.
For starters, all plans include the first year of free maintenance. Instead of two years or 20,000 miles, for example, owners would receive maintenance for the second year or 20,000 miles. It amounts to the same maintenance coverage (two years), but halves the cost. In continuation, the fifth year or 50,000-mile maintenance plan includes the first year of free maintenance and four additional years covered by the Porsche Scheduled Maintenance Plan.
While the plans may differ slightly, the list of maintenance items remains the same. To find the specific maintenance mileage intervals for your Porsche model, consult the service schedule found in the owner’s manual.
